Calling all Archers.
The Beds county indoor champs is being hosted by Clophill AC on Sunday the 26th of November at our indoor venue in Ampthill.
Traditionally all the other clubs in the county help with this fund raising shoot. Whether it’s all weekend or only an hour your help will be appreciated.
The itinerary is as follows
–Saturday the 25th, 1.15pm at our field in Clophill to load up the trailer with the extra bosses that’ll be needed to double boss the targets and to transport all the other paraphernalia that’s required to run the shoot.
— Saturday 25th, 2.15 at the hall in Ampthill to unload the above and set up everything ready for the next day.
— Sunday 26th, throughout the day but especially at approx 11.30 am and 2.30pm to face up for each new session.
— Sunday 26th at approx 6pm at the hall to take it all down and return it to the field.
One other very important point is that we’ll need a volunteer to feed our two judges on the day so if anyone amongst you would like to show off your culinary skills would you let me know by emailing me direct please at suzib148@hotmail.co.uk.
